After today's Coach Gillispie press conference, we've finally got a few solid pieces of fact. First off, Derrick Jasper is most certainly gone. Coach said things will be probably finalized this week and later said he expects DJ to leave. Patrick Patterson got his cast off a few days ago and the doctors were very happy when they saw more healing than they originally expected. He was put in a walking boot and will remain in it for another 4-6 weeks. Jodie Meeks is up and moving around and progressing as well as can be expected. And finally, Mike Williams has asked for and been given his release to a list of schools he provided. Apparently he wants more playing time which is odd because in order to get more playing time you actually have to have already played some. Oh well, thank you Tubby for that gem of a player.
And yes Kenny, if Big Brown wins the Triple Crown he can drive the truck!
